1. Cancellation of tracking by cookies

3. Unsubscribing from business and commercial communications
If you no longer wish to receive our commercial offers or any commercial communications from our partners, please unsubscribe directly from the newsletter using the link at the bottom. This is the only way we can sufficiently verify that the same person who subscribed has requested to unsubscribe.
4. Closing the account with one of our services
If you wish to close the account you have created with one of our services, please email us at gdpr@voice-base.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible and confirm the cancellation of the service and erasure of the data.
5. Erasure of personal data (the so-called right to be forgotten)
If you request the erasure of other data that we process and store on the basis of your prior consent, please do so using this form.
You can request erasure of your personal data in the following cases:
- personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed,
- the data subject withdraws the consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing,
- the data subject objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or
- personal data have been unlawfully processed,
- the personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation,
- personal data have been collected in connection with the offer of information society services pursuant to Article 8(1) of the General Regulation.

In order to identify the data related to you and to verify your identity, we will need the following information:
- A copy of a document confirming your identity or the identity of the entity you represent
- Precise information about the data you wish to erase (e.g. IP address, email address, etc.)
- The reason for requesting the erasure of your personal data
