For more than 30 years, Libeřské lahůdky have been dedicated to producing traditional Czech delicacies. Their open-faced sandwiches (chlebíčky) are nothing short of legendary. That’s why we at Voice-base.com were delighted to be asked to provide the voice for their self-service kiosks. In cooperation with CzechKiosk, we created a voice guide in both Czech and English, leading customers step by step through the entire ordering process. The audio guide not only makes placing an order easier, but also ensures that—even in a self-service environment—the brand’s communication feels approachable and human, rather than distant.
