For ARICOMA, a company dealing with digitization of processes and solutions for IT needs, we implemented voice message recording (IVR) for their Cyber Defense Center telephone line. In practice, this means that when you call their switchboard, you will be greeted by the voice of a voice actress from Voice-Base.com, who will accompany you until you are connected to an operator. We created two versions of the switchboard´s voice messages: one in Czech and the other in Slovak. For each language, a voice actress who is a native speaker of the given language was chosen to make the speech authentic and natural for the local market. This approach ensures that the voice sounds credible and leaves the right first impression when interacting with clients, which is key to maintaining a high standard of customer support.
