We created a series of voice recordings (IVR) in 3 languages for the telephone switchboard of TRANS FACTORING. We carefully selected the right voices to give callers a pleasant and understandable experience. We involved professional dubbers from Voice-Base.com in the recording, who created three different versions of the recordings, namely in Czech, Slovak and English. The right call center voice is extremely important as it is the first contact customers have with a business. It has to appear professional and welcoming, and that´s exactly how we approached it.
